office boss

hello .i'm working in an organization where my boss likes to shout at people especially those who are in the lower rank ? Now this boss thinks she knows a lot but in reality she knows so little. If she doesn't know the job she will give it to you but if she knows how to do the job you thinks she's that intelligent. Everybody in the office think's she's too much to bear . What do you think should we do ?

My boss also shouts but he apologizes afterwards. So I'm still lucky. If your boss is also an employee, try taliking to his superior so that he gets evaluated. If your boss owns the business then there is not much that you can do.

I agree with you ddaguno.If the boss is an employee then maybe there will be a turn for the better,but if he is the number one,get down to your work then.

Hi Chona0912, There are really bosses like that in the real world and my boss or my ex boss was also a know- it -all wuss kind of a boss. Now, tell me ask you this. Does your boss also have someone superior to her? If yes, ask your colleagues if they want to participate in a conference with the boss of your boss? I did that. He was reprimanded.
