is theres anyone who have the same issue please help.
a friend of mine sent money to me and his not a verified account, after he sent me money for just 20 dollars he got info that his account is limited and cant do any transaction so he need to verify it but the problem is he doesnt have credit card. my problem is i also received a claim in resolution center and it says that the money is still on hold and that the claim is still active and it will only closed if my friend verify his account.
Now earlier i tried to withdraw my money and they returned it to me as it says my account was restricted, they took charge back for 3 dollar out from my account because of that though my account was already restored since i also got limited even if im verified due to that money he sent me. though as i said they already restored it but im afraid to withdraw the money again coz they might going to returned it and deduct charge back again. what do you think, do i have to withdraw it now or wait till the claim will closed but i dont know when will my friend verify his account as it will only closed once he verify his account

I just had that Limited thing happen to me too.. You can get your access back by verifying info and or/phone number and address.
In the end I had them send a code to my address and then I input it as soon as I got it and they took my account off limited access. But you can do it by phone too (if you have input a phone number in their system)

yes i they already restored my account and able to transfer all money to my personal account and withdraw them all. sad to say coz i used to have 84 dollars but what left is only 52 dollars due to charge back and the rest was still pending coz the money that i also sent to my friend was returned to me and the whole money was not reflected yet as my friend said that the money i sent to her was reverse back to my account. i lost a lot because of that.

your problem is just easy but i hope before you made any transaction you made research first. this is one requirement of paypal, get verified to lift your withdrawal. if you are from Philippines, open an Eon Card in Unionbank, you can use it for verifying and withdrawals. if you are from other country, look for virtual credit card to verify your paypal, and link your paypal to your bank account for withdrawals. you were charged 3 dollars because your request returned and its on their faq's.

my account has been verified for long though they tagged is as limited due to the money sent to me by my friend whose not verified but then they already restored it when i sent email to them about the issue and show them some proof that im a legit person. its already back to normal now but my friend still had problem but his problem was able to solve just now. we just sent paypal email explaining our side and we are glad they listen to us as we also show proof. i guess paypal is not really that strict as long as you can show proof that your a legit person.

It was so long ago when I first created an account with Paypal. But even before I verified my account, I could already receive money and I even sent money to a friend with no problems. But it was only for a small amount cause I believe there are limitations when you haven't verified your account yet. I'm not sure if Paypal changed their tos about unverified accounts.

heheh dont worry dear write to paypal that ur friend ur friend should select personal payment instead of business method :)

yes thanks its all fine now my friend was able to verify his account and they able to restore both of our account.
