DO YOU THINK IT IS RIGHT TO TAKE SOMEONE'S LIFE BY HANGING HIM OR HER FOR A CRIME THEY COMMITTED.IS IT NOT PERHAPS THE EASY WAY OUT FOR THAT PERSON INSTEAD OF ROTING IN JAIL.I THINK SO.
If they feal that it is the easy way out then they can go ahead and hang themselves while they are in jail, and that solves that problem pretty readily.
No point in becoming a murderer if you don't have too!
Some people get their rocks off that way too, so maybe if the goal is punishment a different type of final solution should be utilized, I still refer back to my first response though. :)
