My husband and I are going to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary this month. I want to give him something special but that won't cause much as we cannot afford to spend much for I am going to give birth in 2 months time and might have another C section which is gonna cause us a lot.
I was thinking of giving him a little trinket or bring him to a special place or do something for him. But I'm still undecided on what to do or buy for my husband. What is important is for my husband to be happy of what i will give him on that day.
I need advise please.

You can prepare for a dinner for the two of you at home . But you should prepare the table like in a fancy restaurant and the food preparation needs to be extra special. Letting your favorite music playing would add up to the romantic setting.

Cook him a nice dinner and give him a card. You are about to give him one of the greatest gifts in the world, a child. Don't worry about spending any money as you will need to save as much as you can for the birth and care of your child.

There are many good gifts at a very reasonable price. One of my favorite is personal finance book. This book could help your husband in financial planning. God knows he need to plan his finance wisely as the number of his family member has increased! Other than that many personalized items such personalized/engraved watch, man's jewelry etc.
