I love this guy for three years now..He is an officemate of mine. I can't contain my feelings anymore because I am jealous of other girls that are flirting with him & making the first move. Should I confront & tell him my feelings? Should I ask him if he like or love me too? I have learned that another girl is making a move just to get his attention.. what will I do now? should I remain silent & wait for him to do the first move, even if it means letting other girls flirt him & make the first move? or should I confront him now? please help me... thanks a lot!

I think that if you have that strong of feelings for someone that it is best to let them know he may never find out if you don't tell him maybe he feels the same but is scared to say anything as well. Go for it make the first move.

i agree with you i was in same position before 1 month with a girl that i fell in love and decide to ask her does she have some feelings about me because i knew that we could play the game of cat and mouse for long time,Go for it girl and dont blame yourself if nothing will happen from this you have to know what is your position you have to be the only one not second line !!! Live your life dont let him make u stupid

Whatever happened to the guy chasing after the girl? Women then sometimes wonder why the guy treats them the way they do because he never really had that desire to be with the girl in the first place. The men who really want someone will go after them so maybe you should wait and be on good behavior. If it's meant to be then let it happen. This is your time to observe if this man is really for you? Are you just physically attracted to him or do you share common goals in life?

Well in my opinion you must meet him, tell him your feelings before it is too lates; in any kind of relationship transparency is a must, you both sit over a cup of coffee, discuss and decide the next move..

Flirting is a nasty word, it may just get you in trouble. Love is something mutual and it isn't just a one sided affair.
There are advantages and disadvantages for showing your love to a guy. They might just take advantage of the situation and play with it. Though it is also good if the guy is also in love with you and just waiting for the right moment.
You need to be careful dealing with this situation, If you want to show your love to him then you need to have the courage to show it but make sure that the guy won't take advantage of this.
you can either be his friend first, try to invite him for lunch but do not show the full feelings that you feel for him. Love can be developed between friends. It is something that might be applicable to you. You give it a try. There's nothing wrong in trying especially if you really like the guy.
You just need to make sure that you really love the guy.

If you have that much strong feeling for someone why don't you go and express your feeling towards him or her.If you keep silent you will never successful in your life.I think you need to express.
