I'm not familiar with Mozami fruit, but fruits are quite acidic.
so any sort of fruit juice on a regular basis can weaken the enamel of the teeth, which leads to sensitivity, and greater risk of tooth decay.
so if you like to drink a lot of fruit juice, it's a good idea to swill the mouth with a little water or mouthwash afterwards so no juice remains on the tooths surface for a prolonged time.
if you drink fruit juice before brushing your teeth it's a good idea to leave an hour between drinking it and brushing, so that you're not scrubbing your teeth while the acidity in the mouth is raised, as this is a bit like scrubbing your teeth with acid.
