Is it necessary to undergo Training????!!!!!!

Hi friends, why i am asking this question is because while in the inter view company recruiters asks everything means about the product knowledge but still they are giving us chance to undergo training. We have all ready that much of knowledge then is it necessary for us to undergo training???!!!! Reply to the discussion and have fun.

Your question is not that detailed but the way i understand your question. My answer is yes since it is a new and different company from where you previously work, new rule new account and everything. even if the job is related to your previous company you still need to know more about the new one.

But friend ok i will agree that we should learn new things but its of wasting time by taking training on the basic elements again. So company should think and they should act wise in this matter, why they are wasting their money as well as their time.

well there are many reasons like
checking whats your attitude when working
how good you are at work
and your attitude towards coworkers
and the more cynical free labor. and the fee you will pay for undergoing training(this happens sometimes but it would have to be a guarantee employment).
