how to get more people to my website?

I just started a website (theonlinedebatehub.webs.com) and I've only had four visitors so far (And thats after intense advertising on youtube and facebook). Is there any other way I can advertise my website without spending money? Any input would be helpful.

this will not produce quality visitors, but just for the sake of having visitors you can join traffic exchange sites. One good site that I know of is trafficadbar.com
