How to add html frameset in a blog ?

What particular headers do you want? Your blog designs or title page that redirects to another sites or a banners that promotes another sites? If you want to promote another sites in your blog you need to get the banner code of that sites, copy it. Then go to your blog and start customizing it true page elements section. You will see add gadget beneath the title page or in both sides depending on your Blog lay out. Add gadget and choose HTML/JAVA then paste the code there and then save it, view your blog if it looks and works fine. I hope I give the right answer to what you are asking.

well mostly site provides html code under banner tag.. you just check for the banners on that site and copy html and paste it to your blog..
