Pizza from scratch?

I usually make pizza by using simple breads and adding the toppings. I don't know how to make dough. So I just use any bread and add ketchup or tomato sauce cheese, hotdog, ham, sausages and other toppings. Then I bake it into the oven. Whalla! A homemade pizza done from scratch.

I would be honest with you, I really don't know how to make a dough, but usually what we do at home if we are craving for pizza, is we just get some bread slices and topped it with our favorite pizza toppings, such as tomato sauce,ham, bacon and a very good tip is that always try to stock a quick-melt cheese at home, or mozzarella cheese, they always make simple bread to a pizza-like.

My family love pizza!!! We usually make it from scratch coz it's a lot better. The dough is also homemade. Here is the recipe of the dough. I got this from my mother's notebook. 1 tsp active dry yeast pinch of sugar 2/3 cup (5 fl oz warm water) 2 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil Place the yeast,sugar and water in a container bowl. Set aside till bubbles form. Add the flour, salt and oil and mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes. Place in an oiled bowl, cover and put it in a warm place until it has doubled it's size. As for the sauce, we just buy spaghetti sauce. Spread thinly on the dough followed by your choice of toppings.
