What do members of Rip- Tide Army do?

I know rip- tide army help in building downlines, what will you do in return? If you become a member, what will happen and what are your tasks as one of their "army"? Sorry for the too many questions, I just want to know more about them before I sign up. Thanks for your answers.

They are part of a matrix scheme that dont really have personal referrals. They have as much people for referrals as everyone has got. I am not sure too much besides that. As I do not like matrixs I have not joined it.
