I hope you have heard it already on the news that Mayweather hasn't signed the contract yet to fight Manny Pacquiao. Way back in December 2009 as far as I can remember Mayweather was interviewed on ESPN that he will fight whoever they set to him, but now he demands a lot to Pacquiao before they fight Manny accept the demands and fight. Now I can't see anymore reason for Mayweather not to fight. This guy keep saying he is the best fighter in the world, do you agree to that? If he is then why not fight Pacquiao? Give me a good reason why he don't want to fight Pacquiao.

There are several reasons why Mayweather will not fight Pcquiao. But before that I would like to share something about the two fighters.
Mayweather as we all know is a technical fighter, no doubt about it. He's good in a sense that he can box as well as protect himself from his opponent. He has the skill as well to defeat an opponent.
Pacquiao as we all know, keeps on improving. I've been watching Pacquiao fight from the very beginning and I can say that for every fight he had he keeps on improving. Well, that's a sign of a great fighter.
As for them to fight, it's a very interesting fight in which we will know who's really the best fighter between them. Maymweather not fighting Pacquiao will only shows that he knows who's going to beat him or give him the toughest fight for his entire career as a boxer.
Mayweather choose his opponent just like what happened with Marquez fight. He knows he can simply handle Marquez which is what happened during their fight. As for fighting Pacquiao, he's afraid that he might lose and tarnish his record of 0 defeat. Money isn't a problem as both fighters deserved to be paid pretty well.
Losing isn't just the concern from Mayweather but losing by TKO will be most painful to him which we all know is a possibility since he's fighting with the Pacman.

I understand what you are meant to say for me it is clearly that the pride that keeps Mayweather on mocking Pacquiao. He can't accept that people and WBCAA recognized Pacquiao as the best Boxer of the world while he is the undefeated he keep saying in every interview that he is the best but he is afraid to fight those people who knew can defeat him. He already knew that from the very start that he cannot defeat Pacquio easily and there is also a big chance that Pacquiao could Knock him down. After the fight on Ricky Hatton Pacquiao have gradually set the difference between him and Mayweather.

Pride. He doesn't want to risk his record, pure and simple. He has been dodging fighters he thinks he cannot handle easily. That is not a mark of a great fighter. Yes there is no question that he is a very good boxer but choosing not to fight tarnishes all that sparkle. Too bad.

Everyone knows Floyd is just ducking Manny, its as simple as that. With Mayweather's clean no loss record, he thinks he'll go down in history as one unbeaten fighter. This won't be the case. While everyone's clamoring for the biggest fight in boxing history, here's little Mayweather holding them hostage with his antics. Anyway I'm not expecting the fight to happen, atleast not for now. As for Manny, I don't think he's got anything more to prove. Any fight he will be involved in would just be purely for the money including his upcoming fight with Margarito. You can bet on that..

He's just a man of words! no action. He knew he can't defeat our pride that's why he keeps on docking!

If you want to be the best, fight the best. Mayweather is just a coward of being so afraid of losing the first time. Against Pacquiao, Mayweather gives up speed and agility.Talent-wise both of this fighters are talent-laiden boxers. But when we speak of a fighter with a lot of heart, Pacquiao has a supreme edge against Mayweather.

They say Mayweather fights for money and not by fame, this man is jealous to Pacquiao that is why he want's to ruin Pacquioa's reputation by accusing something he never even prove and now Pacquiao want's to fight him to him what he got but this man talks more than actions.

He will crap and piss on his shorts the moment he steps into the ring alone with Pacquiao.
That is pretty embarassing considering that millions will see it live on PPV...So I guess you cannot blame Floyd Chicken why he doesnt want to fight.

For my principal reason for the one that does not want to fight against this boxer, it is undoubtedly monetary, they must not to him close the numbers, it must want to gain mas money, if his representative, arranges the numbers with the organizer, without doubts that are done. I know boxers who for the alone fact of receiving the prizes, are raised to the ring, and it is not important for them to lose, they throw themselves in the first raund, I am speaking about the Argentine boxer The Mass Moli in his it fights with Vitali Klitschko.

Well the only reason why Floyd Mayweather Jr. doesnt want to fight Manny Pacquiao is because he is afraid to lose his undefeated record. He is scared of Manny Pacquiao, thats why he just makes a lot excuses and run from the fight.
