Yes this is possibly true. Remember however, that this is not a proper way of losing weight. There is also a problem to this because some stressed people also tend to eat a lot resulting in the reverse of what you are saying. They get really obese. Losing weight through stress is bad for your health generally.

I agree, when i feel so stress I can easily lost weight because I have no appetite and all I want is to stay inside the room and do nothing. I don't feel hungry when I feel so stress. I remember when I feel super stress in my previous job. In just two weeks working I lost four kilos. I feel stress that time but at the same time I also like being stress that times because i'm losing weight.

I agree stress can help us loose weight. It happens with me. whenever i am in stress continuously i loose weight i can see that my dresses become loose .

It depends on people and the situation they are facing.I have seen certain people depend on emotional eating to get rid of stress.That includes me too.But then they are some who does not feel like eating and thus start losing weight.Sometimes certain news or frustration, also makes us to avoid food.This is because our mind and focus is not towards enjoying food rather the issues and their possible ways of resolving them.But losing weight or gaining weight due to stress is a big issue.It needs to be sorted out well.Thanks!

Yes, stress will make you loose weight..
but it is never an idea to loose weight as with stress you are welcoming many problems..and inviting sickness...Many hormonal changes occur in our body with stress and they are always harmfull..

Hai mylotty, yes i agree with that be stress may reduce weight but it is not the right way to lose weight there are so many healthy ways our there you follow them instead. The matter to concern is when you are in stress your body can secrete several hormones that not healthy for you both physically and mentally and also lower your immune system. In some case stress may increase weight too due to comfort with food. Don't try to lose some fruitful things for the sake of weight loss.

Yes, I think this is something that is pretty individual though. Some people eat more when they are stressed instead, so I don't think it works for everyone. But I definitely think this is very true for many people!

No, i think that, those people who under stress , will gain some weight. Experts believe that one of the big reasons we're seeing more obesity in our society these days is that people are too stressed and busy to make healthy dinners at home, often opting to get fast food at the nearest drive-thru instead.
Will all the demands on their schedule, exercise will be last thing on their to-do list. Americans live a more sedentary lifestyle than we have in past generations,. yet our minds seem to be racing from everything we have to do. Unfortunately, ,from sitting in traffic, cloaking hours at our desks, and plopping in front of the TV in exhaustion at the end of the day, exercise often goes by the wayside.
That's why, people will gain weight most of the time if they under stress.

Agree with that, i know from my own experience. In the period before the exams, i`m so stressed and nervous, that sometimes i eat only 1 time per day, and i don`t feel hunger at all, or when i am pissed off, i don`t have apetite, because i feel a node in my neck, i can`t eat.
