My children will be asking to play with them I do but sometimes when I am busy

When I am busy and not in mood of playing they force me to play I get irritated and say that I won't and they get hurt. Later even I feel that I have hurt them and missed playing with my kids......how about you people...

My kid is only a toddler but i feel as if so many time is wasted when i cannot be with her due to my work. I miss the bonding moments and the times that i should have been the one who gets to see first the changes in her. She is growing up so fast and i think i should oblige myself to allot more time for her. She deserves more care than a nanny could give.
