i have bought stuff off of ebay with little or no shipping costs. i depends on what the item is and how much the shipping is. i find that some chinese sellers list an item for a penny then charge an outrageous amount for shipping like $22.00!
maybe they want to get a good position for their items,however,it seems that most of people don't like a cheap item with a high price of shipping.the good position makes a bad effect because of the awful price strategy.
