Best Place To Go When You Want To Be Alone..

Isn't it ironic to say that being alone makes me feel that there is someone at my side who is always being there for me? I am just an ordinary individual, laughs when I'm happy, cries when I'm sad, go out with friends, does household chores and a lot more activities an ordinary girl at my age does. I must also say that I'm a loner or an anti- social one, I have my set of friends; (childhood friends, high school buddies, and college pals); my siblings; and cousins whom I socialize and interact with. But unlike those people I've known, I'm the type of person who prefers to be alone in times of challenges (I consider those problems and trials as a challenge God entrusted me and nothing to be worried about). Back when I was on my college years, I always go to the nearest cathedral at our dormitory when I prefer to be alone, not just in times of troubles, or when I feel so exhausted and tired but also in times of success. It is Him who knows everything about me first than anybody else, even my family or closest friends. It is also my way of thinking and sorting things out; my way of reflecting about myself, what I've done and what I have failed to do. But for now that I'm living together with my family and our house is not that accessible to a church or even a chapel, I found it hard to find a place to go when I wanted to be alone.
