I don't have patience when someone offers a job and then never answers the phone

I was offered some work with a company which I thought was sincere. I was told to call at such and such a time. Said would pay me 800 a month plus commission ..I am a sales person Well the heartless person didn't even honor his time to call. He tells me .. I will call you right back. I even have an email from him saying he wants me to work for him. When one is unemployed..such heartless and careless promisess is uncalled for.. I hope no one ever tries to work for either of his companies as they may under go the same runaround! I really need work and don't need someone promising me a job and saying it's all agreed then not bother to answer the phone at time he specifies!
