I have been for a very long time wanting to start my own business. I mean with having kids plus I have some health problems it is extremely diffcult to go out and try an work somewhere. I love to make jewerly and clothes and I have a few pieces already done my thing is how to go about selling them is a problem I have no clue as to where to get started I have had a lot of suggestions about ebay but it's so confussing. Im not looking to get rich I know that's not going to happen. But it would be nice to at least make what I would make going to a job everyday that's my goal but how do I get started?

I was thinking about going on ebay, but after all the great advice on here I am going with esty instead. I make ornamnets, bath salts and soap. I am hoping to launch my store next month. I want to get it started before September because in September I will be starting grad school. I am wondering if I can get some advice. Should I accept paypal only or should I also allow people to send me a money order. I am not comfortable with people sending checks or cash.

well giving flyers and such and a website. the flyers for your local area and such. its best to start small and expand a little.

Have you thought about having an online store, where you sell jewelry and clothes? Or about blogging about fashion and jewelry? It is hard work, but if you are good, you can make money this way, so it could be worth a try!
