When's the Right Time

I have been with this person for a year now. We had a child together a few months ago. Yes, I know, a little soon but trust me it wasn't planned! We have discussed getting married many times even before our child was born, but nothing has become of those discussions. I am wrong for starting to push the issue a little more?

Probably u guys should have married before the child..
When u confirmed that u are having a child, u should have married in first case..
Even now it's not too late..
U could marry now..
The child needs a father and mother.
It should not grow without having a second name.

I feel the same way. Both of our families are asking us when we are going to marry and all that gets said is "when the time is right". We have resided together for months, purchased a home, vehicles, etc, so I am confused as to why the question hasn't been asked.
