Can't believe summer is almost over

I can't believe summer is almost over. School will be starting August 10 where did the time go. It hasnt really been a good summer for us at least not like I wanted it to be. Oh well at least we still have one more event coming up before school starts and that's our girl scout camping trip I will be gone with my girls and our girl scout group for 3 days of camping and swimming. Im looking forward to the swimming part I love being in the water. Is school starting soon where you live?

School is starting the following week after Aug. 10 where I live. One of my son's asked me when do they go back to school already. The summers have gotten shorter when it comes to vacation time away from school. I kind of feel sad but yet my kids kind of like school because they get bored here at home. This will be my daughter's first year in elementary school so she is excited. They will finally all be in one school when they go back together.

I know what you mean Im both happy & sad about school starting again it does seem like the summers get shorter. My youngest son will be in kindergarten this year that means the 4 oldest ones will all be in school and we will just have the baby at home. WOW I wont know what to do LOL Im sure the baby will keep me busy though.
