why is my pc window is so bright ?

help! i dont know whats goin on with my pc.the color change.it looks like the pictures on the internet is black and white..i tried everything i adjusted the monitor settings but still the same.

One way to fix this problem is by going at the store... and buying a new monitor :D .. No seriously, what kind of monitor do you use? And when did that happened? Try it with another computer, may be your video card is the problem or your VGA settings are messed up.
