Hi,
I am interesting in finding out which is more profitable to do here on Mylot. Will I increase my chances of more income if I start new discussions or will I do better responding to other discussions?
I can write a couple of discussions in little or no time, but to sit and answer response after response,( try to do many)is really an hard task. How many is enough in one day?
There is not way to tell what your increase will be until the next day. I just want to everything I can to be able to cash out when it is time? I have never cashed out before and I am looking forward to real money being in my account and no one can take it back.
So, should I WRITE or should I RESPOND?

Hi sarath49,
I just thought one was more fruitful that the other. Some relies that I have received seem to think that responding is more rewarding. I guess I will just have to test the waters and write one day and not do any responses and vice versa, then I will know for myself. The truth of new discussion and responding to a discussion. I just here to write and have fun.

I think responding. I remember starting a new discussion and despite the length and quality of my discussion, and the numerous responses I received, I earned nothing. But when I responded to several discussions, even just short responses, I earned something.

If you start a discussion and it receives 10, 50, 100 responses YOU do not earn anything for them.
YOU only earn for what YOU type.
If you want to earn from your own started discussions then YOU must comment on those responses (and only then does it become a discussion)

Hi
Thanks for the clarification on how this works. I am sort of a newbie, so I will definitely be making errors along the way. But, evenually I will be an old pro, getting everything right. Right?

If you start a discussion and make sure to respond to those that have taken the time to respond to you, both ways should be profitable, as you are paid for the content you type. You will not be paid for the responses someone makes to your discussion, so if you aren't going to take the time to respond to others then it just seems like a waste of our time.
I am in no way saying that you do or are planning to do this. I just see so many people do this, that it really irks me. Quite honestly, before I respond I usually check to make sure the discussion starter is not one of those that starts a million discussions only to never respond to their responders.
If they are, I don't bother responding.. I move on to the next.
