Who thinks that BP should be fully responsible for the oil spill?

Should BP be completely 100% responsible or are there other people, groups or companies that you think should share the blame and responsibility for fixing this mess?

I think BP should take all the blame. but thats just my personal opinion...

I think the whole company should be blame and not only BP since those oil drilling project are supported by the other members of the company at the same time they should have safety protocols in this kind of time.
