How do you earn on this site? I'm new here.

There's definitely no substitute for reading the guidelines, but basically the site works by paying you for your activity...not just posting messages, but also uploading images, doing tasks, commenting on the news, etc. You don't earn a flat rate for each activity (like 2 cents per post); myLot has an algorithm that figures out how much to award you. The exception to that is tasks which tell you how much you will earn for each one before you do it. Good quality posts that don't violate the guidelines are what you should aim for in discussions.
