I think what you need is some Chinese food because Chinese food is famous for its ability to control weight. Besides, you need to eat food that contains less cholesterol. You should eat the vegetables and fruits and ovoid beef and fast food, go out for a long walk on daily basis. Food that contains high levels of protein should be avoided. I wish you all the best.

What's your favorite current dish? What do usually like to snack on? What might help for suggestions is if we can suggest healthier versions or replacements for what you consider tasty now. In general you're going to want to cut down on sodas, sugary drinks and drink more water or sparkling water (I'd say diet soda but I think studies have shown they may actually hurt weight loss). A tasty healthy dish I like is marinated grilled salmon. I can't paste the link because I don't have my rating yet (I'm new) but just search on Allrecipes.com for grilled salmon marinade. I like ones with soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
