Eduardo has moved to Shakhtar Donetsk for £6m. I think quite highly of him when he first joined. Looking better as he was beginning to settle down. However, that one tackle changed him. Nowadays, when I see him play, i felt that he is holding himself back. Understandably so for someone who suffer such a serious injury. He was never the same now. Maybe a move away from the rough and tough EPL is good for him. To slowly regain his confidence and return to the player he once was.

I think he started very well for Arsenal. But that miserable challenge really killed him off as a player. Though he came back, he did not have the same precision or the willingness to get into tough tackles. I think Arsenal have been good to him by sticking with him and now I think he is moving to Shakthar let's hope he has a good career there.
Cheers!

Eduardo was played few matches for Arsenal in the last season and he was out mostly with his injury. But he played some extra ordinary matches for Arsenal. I think Arsen Wenger has to no hope on his this season whether he may not play this season full and fit. He has no better striker in his team also. So it is really a shocking news for me as an Arsenal Supporter !!
