i have an epiphone les paul 100 and I literally cracked it. I was playing my guitar and one day the strap completely broke off and my guitar fell on my pedal (which is fairly sharp). Does anyone know how I can repair this? I don't want to spend alot of money and I know guitar shops will charge more just because I am kid and they're going to try and find something a matter with it just to get more money of out me. My camera isn't working so I'll give you guys a good description of it. It's an Epiphone Les Paul 100 Standard in Cherry Sunburst. Where the output jack is (where the wire from the amp plugs in) there is a huge gash. It goes all the way down to the yellow colored levels. I counted around 2 or 3 levels. Can it paint it or something? I asked some people about it and they said keep it like it is because it makes it look vintage, but I don't want a vintage guitar. Plus it was made in 2009! I've never heard of a 2009 vintage guitar. Any help would be appreciated. I really want to get this fixed!
