Walk with God

Interesting. Perhaps the answer is "Yes".
When I was very young, it occurred to me to imagine that some people had a choice: "Whether to walk with God" or "not to walk with God."
Perhaps we could generalize it: "Do we need to care of our spiritual health?"
Amazingly, there is scientific evidence that e.g. prayer and generosity and the many other virtues are actually a path to good overall health.
Perhaps if we analyze the choices even scientifically, righteousness and witnessing has to be a priority or the alternative would be bleak e.g. anxiety, depression etc.
