i usually sleep for about 7 hours in week days and 10-12 hours in weekends.
I have read some where that 6 hours is the minimum sleep which everyone should get.

I try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep but when I am busy I can do with 4 hours of sleep for about a week then I have to sleep for longer the following week. When I sleep regularly for 8 hours a day,then my biological clock works consistently and I feel refreshed after a good nights sleep
