Dear MyLotters, Do share with me whether do you give any multi-vitamin for your toddlers. If yes, what type of vitamin that you gave? For me, I gave my son 2 types of vitamin : scotts emulsion and Immuno 8 chewable colostrum. I hope it might help to build up his immune system and stay healthy always. I heard from lot of friend, kids easily fall sick after attending school. That is my worries. So giving him some multi-vitamin,it helps to keep my son stay healthy.

I also give my daughter the "My first flinstones" she likes them and reminds me that she needs one! Good thing she does because I do tend to forget. My daughter has been in daycare so she has already had her share of colds, this has helped her build her immune system. It may seem like you child is just sick all the time but it will get better as they build their immune systems up. Every time she gets sick so do I but we have been doing pretty good here lately. Just remember that a cold is not the worse thing in the world. In a year or two he should get better but he will still get sick from time to time. Good luck.

Hi, Good that your daughter is taking some multi vitamin too. It seem I never saw this brand before in the supermarket at my place here. I also hope with those multi vitamins, it helps my boy to stay healthy throughout his childhood. I always get worried when he fall sick,no appetite and no mood to play. I also avoid those heaty and fried food for him, encourage him to drink plenty of water and have enough rest everyday. Actually sick is also a way to build up his immune system, but not to fall sick every month,or else ,he need to swallow those medicine every month and pity him.

Good Morning, I give my 5 YO son the Flinstones Chewable Multi Vitamins. I started giving them to him when he was about 3 because he's a very picky eater! He doesn't eat fruit or veggies, no meat - except chicken, and the only dairy he gets is milk and cheese. I was worried he wasn't getting the nutrients he needed, AND, I was worried about his immune system. His Pedi said he could take the Flinstones... So far - so good. I crush them and add the powder to a drink - no problem! There are special ones for 2/3 year olds - it's "My First Flinstones" Good luck!

Hi, FLinstones multi vitamin? I guess the shape of the vitamin must be very cute since the brand sound cute too, a cartoon characters. I never saw this brand before at my place here. I believe diffrent country might have different type of vitamin for kids. My son also never eat meat except fish and once a while ,he will dig on char siew pork and chicken. I have cut them into small pieces for him. But my son love vegetables. He eat all type of vegetables except pumpkin. The most he love is long bean, small corn and also beetroot. You can try hide the vegetable into your son meal. Since you son like to eat chicken, you may try making some chicken meat balls or chicken patty with some vegetable as the ingredients.Or you can present the vegetable like carrot and brocoli in the bento set. Bento set is pretty cute and nice and it might attract the kid attention,so they might love to have a bite on it. For the bento set, you can also serve some fruits like kiwi, grape, orange, apple.Cut them in a cute shape with some bento accesories. Try this method and see whether it works for your son or not. Eating vegetable and fruits will help in digestion...you can always make agar-agar or jelly with some fruits,or make some fruit juice for him.

I don't give my child this multi-vitamin because I still think it is a kind of medicine. If it is not necessary, I prefer to let my child to obtain these elements from the natural food. It is important for children to have a regular food schedule and rest time. A regular life is good for children. And the exercise is important. Try to let him have outdoor activities and don't be afraid of it. Children can practise their body at the same time. A child who always grow up in the green house is not good at all. I love China
