How scam sites like Bux.to still manage to be online???

Bux.to is the 1st time that scammed me, and its a 2 year old story,
but they still manage to run and they are alive
forum is working and members posting proofs,
and they never delete account after inactivity,
mostly scam site just vanish from the screen but how this site still managing things??

That is the way scam are! None can erase them from internet! so, they cheat another people....
