New hot ptc with 5 cent ads and $4 payout. Do you join such sites?

Hi, Recently many ptc sites are offering high ad values to get more members. After some days few sites decrease the ad value. Some sites maintain the same and are unable to pay members and close the site within 3-4 months. Here a similar site with 5 cent ads for standard and 10-15 cent ads for premium members. It is Starnaute site. I got 10 cents on the first day and i think i can reach cashout within no time easily. Generally I join such new sites, work for 3 months and receive my 1st or 2nd payout till the site lasts. How about you? Do you join sites in the beginning and get the startup benefits? I ve got pioneer membership in many sites.
