Do you aware of having an Annual Executive Check-up?

Taking an annual check-up needs enough money to do so coz its costly. But many companies nowadays are concerned to their employees health. Giving them a company paid annual check and good to them their benefited. Even me, I aware on this because after I undergo an executive check-up, crystals on my kidneys detected, that if not treated it formed to stone. After taking 6 mos. medicines, it diluted and clear not operated. As it said, "Early detection easy to cure". Somehow, many can't do this coz of money matters. How about you, are you aware on this?
