What matters most: the Brand? The Specs? The coverage of Warranty?! Given the prices are the same.

spesification indeed very important, but if not banlanced by the brand, can not be broken intermittently later, after no guarantee of quality.

Most people i know go for the specs, warranty then brand, in that particular order. Usually, when the specs is good it is likely to be less "branded" and the warranty will be on the average. But then if the specs are not up top, it's more likely that it is branded & warranty is good also. You see, from a business perspective, the question is what are you really selling? Is it the specs, the brand or the warranty? Each of these three contributes a lot to the price. No businessman would have all three features up top & keep the price the same. In other words, it's but really balancing the needs of the customer & what the customer can afford.
As for me, it think this is a matter of what you need. So specs will be first, then warranty(quality), then the price.Translated to need,quality/durability & value for money.

At the same price, a reputable brand, like HP, is a big plus. Warranties? Well, read the fine print. Most manufacturers specify that if the computer has to be returned for warranty repair, you will pay shipping charges both ways. About $65. Look for an in-store warranty, if you can find one, where you take it back to the store if you have problems.

It is very important the technical specifications of the computer at the moment of evaluates who to buy, depending on everything what goes in (memory, processor, etc) and to equality of price the brand is it of less. If all his characteristics are equal at the time there if I will put to choose the best brand.

Well, given that the prices are the same, you should look at the coverage of warranty, the availability and location of the service centers of the brand of that computer you like. That way if you ever encountered any problems, it will be easy for you to take it to that service center for repair.

Buy products directly from manufacturers, the quality is guaranteed, but if there is any damage, difficulties will arise, ranging from the procedure and cost of repairs if the warranty periode had expired.

I always look for two important things when buying a computer. The brand should be reliable and has a good reputation. The specifications should be great. As for warranty and design of the computer, I don't care much. The brands I like are Toshiba and Dell. Almost everyone says these brands are really great, along with the computers they produce. So I buy these brands, even if their designs does not have a wow factor.

It actually depends on what you are looking for. Maybe it doesn't matter much on the brand it's on the SPECs and Warranty. I guess, Specs would cover the details on the unit itself, what it's operational capacity that would best serve your purpose of buying a computer and Warranty is on the durability aspect of the product.
On my part, I would prefer to have the computer that matches the specs I wanted. I am more concerned on the operational capacity of the PC. But it would be best to have a great SPECS and WARRANTY coverage in one.
