Credit card applications show in the mailbox again

I think economy is getting a little better, and the bank has recovered a little more confidence on its customers. They are starting to send out the credit card application again to your mail box. For while, they haven't seen these solicited mail. Now, they are showing up again, and I just curious about would I trap myself in financial burden again with these plastic cards? Maybe I won't. I checked a couple of them, they all want me to pay annual fee, but 0% for a whole year for using their cards. Although it was tempting, but with the annual fee, and more money for use. I rather reject this devil's temptation. I rather be frugal now.
