Hi! My blog has PR 0 at the moment, but it seems that all the backlinks in my blog and outside him, as well as the traffic does not help me raise my Page rank. Any advices please?

Depends. PR is stil important for certain things over the net, yet you can ignore if you are not into publishing articles for money (I've seen this kinda requests on microworkers and constant content, at least. However. What counts is not only the number of backlinks, but more FROM WHERE ar those. As example, 100 links comming from PR 0 sites is less than 60 comming from pr 1 .. pr 3. Traffic, if is real, is very important. Real = uniques, real people and not from traffic exchanges. Domain name age, internal links, content .. all matter .. There are many more factors influencing PR but one is the most important: PR level is updated every now and then and nobody knows for sure when ... Is not as Alexa ranking, "live".

The only thing that effectively raises your Page Rank is backlinks, so if you want to improve your Page Rank, you need to get more of them. If you are not willing to exchange links with others in your niche, you can try submitting your site to a few good directories, and commenting on do follow blogs. This should help, but please keep in mind that it takes a while, you will not see a change over night, since Page Ranks are not updated every week even!

Page Rank comes from other sites (big/good rank) with an anchored link to your site. It really isn't that important, but that's how it's done.

Hi Bogdan PageRank is not as important as in the past. Therefore, I advice you to just concentrate on Search Engine Optimization. Create backlinks, make sure your on-site SEO is proper. Furthermore don't concentrate on traffic exchanges. They are worthless.
