When my stomch hurts, it feelings glass is poking into my stomach. When that happens I use a heating pad. Sometimes it works other times it seems to make it worse. I try eating or drinking warm food or milk, but it doesn't work. I wonder if there are any other methods i can use.

Well I agree with the others in not fixing anything until you know what happened. But possibilities include illness, swallowing a bone, hitting your side on something, etc. But just try to determine what exactly happened before you try to fix it. Because you don't want to overshoot and go to the hospital over nothing, or undershoot and use a heating pad when you'd need to see a doctor.

hi! make sure you know what the probable reason/s why your stomach hurt before you take an action on it. it could be an empty stomach or being too full after eating. it could be something you ate that didn't agree with you. it could be something you drank on an empty stomach that activated your gastric juices. or plainly being acidic.
whichever the reason is, take a sip of alkaline water or mineral water, about half a cup. it's the safest bet until you know what causes your stomach to hurt. when you know, then you can apply appropriate actions. tc
