June of last year my husband rented his house while we were living in T-town for a year. The people who moved in one word...lously. the past year has been nothing but a headache. They were always late with the rent when they did pay. Complaining about things going wrong in the house, but amazingly my husband has lived there for four years and everything has worked properly. when June came up this year we re mor than excited to get them out of the house and move back. Moving out two days after the lease was up, two months rent and late fees due they are gone. On the night of June 2nd we walked into a 3rd world country. Walking into the living room there wer different shades of brwn paint stipes on the wall on the opposite wall it was green. The guest bathroom floor had been torn to pieces from a dog they had kept in there. The laundry room the same. The down staires was a totally different ball game. They had left a couch, games, records, dishes, headboard, clothes, all kinds of crap and it flowed into the garage also. So afterloosing it for awhile, we called for reinforcements and started painting, cleaning, and moving stuff in. After a few days for still living in t-town..not fully moved in...we found that the itchen had a roach problem. After a few visits from Cook's we should be good to go. It's all coming together slowly but surely and I know that one day it will be home sweet home!
