Why do people drink???

Well yeah I really want to know because my dad started drinking recently which he hasn't done in a while so I'm wondering why he is all of a sudden drinking again. I'm really concerned about him you know if something is going on in his work or something. I don't know so why do people drink beer???

there's nothing of drinking in drinking,the only worse is, if you get drunk.for a decent drinker, for men they drink while talking with their clients.but for those less fortunate in life, they drink as an excuse to get away from their problems.so drinking become worse if you get drunk. so what you think?

it could be because he is stressed out at work or just in life many times people drink as a way to relax and unwind, but it is a serious problem if it starts to happened everyday in order for something to become a routine and part of one it has to happened for 21 days in a row so if he starts to get to that then he will have bigger fish to fry i hope you guys figure it out good luck

Most of people drinks for passion but some other do this because of some misunderstanding happens between family and friends.Mostly they drinks for time pass and some are drinking without any reasons.Occasionally I used to drink very little when I meet my old friends,But I am trying to avoid it soon.....

It depends on person to person because some they drink just for pleasure and when they are in depress or stress.If you drink in limit it is good but if you drink across your limit then it is very difficult for you.
