How can we find out if PTC site is legit or a scam?

I dont want waste time on a scam PTC site. but how can i know which PTC site is scam. I join gagabux,adptc.They cashout money ,but when I reached the min $.they didnt pay. is this business? what about scam PTC site admin?

There are a couple of sites that have proclaimed themselves to be "watchdogs" for scams. One is http://getpaidforum.com and the other is http://www.gptboycott.com/ You can check both of them before signing up for a program. Not all scams or programs that don't pay or are slow in paying are listed, but many will be.
