Would you do the same thing?

Adam Sandler's character is really one of a kind. Who would do something like that nowadays? Court you everyday for the rest of your lives... It will be really hard to find someone like him.
If ever you fell in love with someone similar to Drew Barrymore's character, will you do what Adam Sandler did?

Yes. I'd definitely do what Adam's character did. He was simply fighting for his true love (not really simple at all). It may have been exaggerated a little, but I think that's how loving a person should be -- a sacrifice.

I watched this movie and it is a very sweet romantic movie. Today I think the people are much more practical, they are afraid of facing the refuse again and again. Usually people face the refuse no more than three times, and they will give up. It is hard to find such an ideal man like Adam Sandler in the reality.
I love China

Yes I'll do. Why not?
I mean, if you really love the person.. then I guess nothing can stop you from loving him/her , not even if he/she is in that situation same as Drew Barrymore's character did. I know finding someone like that is rare, if not impossible.. but if you have someone like that, then you're lucky enough to have one for life.

Adam Sandler was indeed a treasure in this movie. Not every man would go to the extremes that he did for "Lucy." Every morning was a new sacrifice. He knew at the end of the day she would break his heart. It would take such mental strength and caring and courage to go through a battle of emotions each day. It should be no different in a woman's eyes as well. I would like to say i would be up to the challenge. I only hope that I would never have to find out and have my heart torn apart each day by the man I loved.
