I know many of us live face pace lifestyles and don't have time to cook. Perhaps, you don't even cook and just rely on the zapping food everyday. Do you think there can be harmful effects from eating microwave foods?

i only use my microwave to heat things up, or use microwavable foods for it, i think if your cooking a turkey in the microwave for example even if it is cooked it doesn't look it to me and it also takes out all your nutrients.a friend of mine always uses her microwave for everything i don't think that is very good.she has never used her oven it looks brand new
