The baseball mvp can be any number of people. In the American League Miguel Cabrera of the Detroit Tigers is leading the way with 24 home runs and a 347 Batting average. In the National League Pitcher Adam Wainwright of St Louis may have a chance to earn both an MVP and a Cy Young.
