The baseball mvp can be any number of people. In the American League Miguel Cabrera of the Detroit Tigers is leading the way with 24 home runs and a 347 Batting average. Also Paul Konerco of the White Sox is doing good and Alex Rodrigues is always in the mix. As always Vladmir Guerrero is at the top of the discussion with 20 home runs , a batting average of 315 and 76 runs batted in. Others in the ALB MVP discussion are Josh Hamilton of Texas, Beltre of Boston and Morneau of Minnesota.
In the National League Pitcher Adam Wainwright of St Louis may have a chance to earn both an MVP and a Cy Young. Prince Fielder of Milwuakee and Ryan Howard of the Philadelphia Phillies will also battle for top honors. Who evers helps their team get the most out of their talent should take home the prize.

I am a huge Texas Rangers fan, but it's going to be difficult to discredit the work that Miguel Cabrera is doing this season for the Tigers. If Cabrera can help keep the Tigers afloat while Ordonez and Inge are injured, he will no doubt be the AL MVP. He has put up superb numbers this year and continues to carry the Tigers' offense.
