Any particular reason why? There have already been a lot of discussions about the advantages and disadvantages of Neobux before, but why does it specifically turn YOU off? Can you elaborate on that maybe?

Hello,dear...
I don't know what you meant by turns you off but I'm pretty sure this has something to do with accessing the site.
I'm having difficulties accessing their site so I sent them an email. Thus, this message from them...
Hello.
Please try unplugging your modem/router from the power and then plug it again after 1 minute. This might change your IP address and you should be able to connect.
If this doesn't work, then you need to get some help from your ISP on how to change some settings.
Best regards,
Cristina C.

I received a message from the admin today which is similar to that line. They told me to disconnect my modem/router and unplug the pc first. After a minute I should try logging in again. If it doesn't work I'll be needing help from ISP to change my settings.
What is an ISP, by the way?

ISP is internet service provider, it is a company that provide an internet service, or mobile internet service in your area. or the provider that your modem connect

YEAh!! Neobux turns me off too!! I have given up on it about 1 year ago!! lol =D Ever since they upgraded their site, but problems seems to surface after the upgrade! And i think IP issue is what many others are facing as well, and thus neobux has lost quite alot of members due to that.. lol =D
IF u are patient enough, u can always wait.. IF not, dun waste your time, and quit it ^_^

the reason is very very sensitive... but for direct specifics, either the problems are caused by the network, computer, or neobux itself....
