how do you keep fit?

I played basketball for 5 years, but after I quit I felt more tired every day. Then I came across an exercise program called 'Yourself fitness'. A digital trainer guides you trough a great number of exercises, from cardio, to flexibility and even yoga. You can make your one schedule, choose a music genre, the location. At every workout you will have to answer about how you're doing (I couldn't keep up, I was working hard or No sweat). The difficulty of your workout will change based on your answers. I think this method is better than going to a gym for example, beacuse you can't use the excuse that it's too late or too expensive. A balanced diet it's important too. You can't expect to lose weight if you eat fast food and no vegetables or fruits. What methods do you use to stay fit or to lose some weight?

Well,I am a bit fat.I think going on diets have bad effects to health. Everyday I eat breakfast,lunch and dinner regularly. Every morning I run about 1000m.I think it's a good way to keep fit.

I never tried keeping a diet because I've heard a lot about the bad effects of some of them. I try to avoid fried food, bread and sweets. Running it's a good choise. Good for you :)!
