Where can I get advertisments for my new blog?

Friends, Can you kindly suggest me an advertising site to my blog. before I had adhitz ads on my blog. But suddenly the balance has stoped to increasing. So i am doubting. I have deleted the ads just before. My blog is very new. Less than three months and it has only 2000views. When you suggest one please give me the whole detail also. That will be very helpful to me.
