The book "Internet for Dummies" did not help me much!

I was disappointed it does not tell you how to paste and copy. It doesn't tell how to make paragraphs when you write discussions,it doesn't help you to clean up viruses when they happen and how to bookmark! I did learn more about making a blog and a website. I also learn more internet slang. Other then that it was a waste of my money! GRRR! They need to come of with a book called "All the things you want to know about using a computer but nobody has time to show you" For Dummies"! If I could write a book I would of written it a few years ago!

The real problem is...the book is called "Internet for Dummies"...it was intended for people who have absolutely no clue how to use the internet, and clearly you're not an internet dummy...that's why the book didn't work for you. Just a thought :)

I know how to use the internet but it is the little things I need to work on! I have learned to do paragraphs! I wish I had known to push the 'enter' button a year ago!

As far as making money in the learning Internet is concerned, the best way to learn all that stuff is by going through these experiences yourself. You don't have to read somebody else's views in the form of a book. Such books are usually sold online for making some money. Who doesn't know about writing paragraphs? Who doesn't know about making money online? All you need is a little online research, and there you are! things I have learned regarding making money online or anything else related to computer or the Internet is by doing some online research and going through experiences myself. I believe everything on the Internet is for free. It's just that you have to learn the tricks.

This is really starting to annoy me! I don't have the brain to think there is ways to find things on the internet that would help me out! Even if they are few! I am still trying to figure out all the tricks of Mylot!
When it comes to paragraphs I was talking about how I do them on a Mylot discussion! I got help for that and as you can see I know how to do it now!
I have always gone to people for help when it comes to computers. If I knew how to help myself on the computer I would of not had to ask people for help or get the stupid book in the fist place! I don't think that way! Never have never will!

Although this book did not really help you, I think you should be pleased! Specially if you already know about 'paste and copy'. This just proves one thing, that you're not a dummy afterall! Yehey!
Hey let me know if you ever find that 2nd book: "All the things you want to know about using a computer but nobody has time to show". I think it'll be a hit!

I still feel like a dumby because I still can't figure out how to paste and copy! I will soon because I have been given help since starting this discussion!
I know this book doesn't exist "All things you want to know about using computers but nobody has time to show you"! It would be a hit if I was a book writer! I could make some money that way!

I pretty much found out this book is full of crap! I wasn't getting help from anyone so I thought I'd get the book. Big mistake! I wasted my money on it!

That would actually be a great title..."All the things you want to know about computers that no one has the time to show you." I love it. I will help you write it! It is amazing how many people are functionally illiterate when it comes to computers.

Tell me about it! I feel more illiterate then I am,sometimes! What truly amazes me is I know a person who is totaly computer illiterate and some how joined Facebook! That really befuddles me!
