Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs Manny Pacquiao: Will it be happening?

Floyd Mayweather Jr has always been on the run, making excuses so that he won't be able to fight the Filipino Boxing Icon and Legend, Manny Pacquiao. There had been so many excuses that Mayweather released to the public just like the drug test and the like but Manny Pacquiao has already taken the drug test and yet Floyd yet again made another excuse. On a charity gathering, Floyd said that he would take a break from boxing --a 2 year break-- and since Manny got elected as congressman in the Philippines, Manny also said that he would say goodbye to boxing and concentrate on being a politician this coming November. Floyd has been making quarrels outside of the boxing ring. Telling anyone to take random drug tests, blood tests, urine tests and to demanding a bigger share on the fight money. It won't be long before Floyd asks for "Virginity Tests" --he won't fight someone who is no longer a virgin or he won't fight someone who is still a virgin or whatever-- just so that he can avoid a fight with world's greatest pound for pound fighter, Manny Pacquiao. The moment Manny Pacquiao manages to overcome Floyd Mayweather's demands, he then accuses Manny Pacquiao that he is taking steroids --what a coward Floyd is jeez-- or performance enhancing medicines, drugs or whatever but never has presented any evidence. So in conclusion, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is afraid, scared to death, coward in fighting the Filipino World Pound for Pound King Manny Pacquiao. So the fight between the two will never happen. What do you guys think? Will it happen or will it never happen? If it does so happen, when will it be? Will Floyd Mayweather Jr throw another accusation or demand another demands or will it be Manny Pacquiao who will be accusing and throwing demands?
