First, before you try to have puppies from your dog, think if you have where to place 10 or more large breed puppies. This is not an easy task to find good homes for all of them, you know?
Second, think about how many dogs are killed in shelters (some of them are pure breed) because nobody wants them. If I knew somebody who wants a dog, I would send him/her to the shelter, to adopt one. If your dog give birth to 10 puppies, it means 10 more dogs to be put to sleep in shelters. Please think of it.
If you conseder all the above and still have serious reasons to breed your dog, I'll try to help.
You know, dogs can have favourites, like humans do. When my first dog was about three years old, the vet told me to let her mate before she got spayed. So I found an Airedale male and put them together (she was in heat, of course). Even if she put her tail under his nose, the male didn't do anything. He just didn't like her. The same with your dog, you should try some other males, until she'll find Mr.Right.
Some tips I hope will help you:
- don't bring the male to her place, take her to the male's teritory. This way she will be more cooperative;
- try to give her some exercise before you take her to the male. This will burn some of her energy and she will be less likely to bark and growl to the male;
- if she is at her first litter, take her to an experienced male;
- be sure you take her to the male right in the proper time, not a day or two earlier. You can ask a vet to find when is the proper time for your female dog.

Ya! Before it is difficult to meet one another if they are far,but now i think it is possible because of the developing world scientists prove the method.And they brought so many instruments like vaccination and so.........which is helpful.
