Hi my friends, have you ever had the experience to cook for yourself? If there is no one at home ,will you just cook for yourself?
As far as I am concerned, there is no one at home at the moment, so I must cook for myself. No matter what I will cook for myself, if it can feed full, I think it will be OK. In my opinion, I will be so satisfied with the food which can help me not angry!
What about you?

If I am alone, I usually prepare instant noodles topped with an egg. And if I have canned tuna or meatloaf like Spam, I open a can for myself and keep the leftovers in the fridge. I like cooking or eating by myself so its not an issue if I am alone.

Hi, monkeylong. I have not had this experience just yet. There is always someone at home with me, even if it is only one person. If I did have to cook for myself, I will make sure it is a simple and small meal. It would be a meal that only I could enjoy that is fulfilling.

Hi! Im a married woman with one daughter. Im the one who cooks for all of us every time and i enjoy doing it. Ever since im still young, i always love to cook because ive seen my mother selling cook foods in front of our house. She had a mini store there and a lot commend her for being good in cooking. Every time she prepared any food, it was all sold out. My brother also becomes a chef in one of passenger cruise ship so i think that being a good cook runs in our blood. Kidding aside, cooking is very easy to do especially when you know that you prepare the food for the people who are close to your heart. Have a nice Sunday!

I still enjoy cooking if there is no one else home but me. I may not go to the extremes that I have might when cooking for the whole family. Cooking is something I have always liked to do. the number of people is not that important to my enjoyment of it.

I use to practically cook seven days a week as it was my family bonding time with the children. After they were off to college it became difficult or rather should I say easy not to as I really do not care for left overs.
Now it is my boyfriend and I so I am back to cooking, not seven days though as he likes to cook as well and of course the joy of going out to eat with him is fun also.

Yes I do cook when I m at home alone, I cook noodles, hotdogs, soup, simple staff that can ease my hunger and I enjoy it. Sometimes I cook snacks and dip it with sandwich spreads and make fruit shakes.
God bless.

I have cooked for myself before and i like it!You know when cooking for a bunch of people you always have to keep in mind ingredients that they don't like which might be something that you like. Also, you can do something really simple because you don't have to worry about anyone complaining (did I spell that worng i think so.).You know, when its only for you, you can be a little lazy if you want :p

Hi monkeylong, i live alone and have three choices when i am hungry. (1) go to one of my sisters homes, which i rarely do, (2) eat in a restaurant or fast food, which is not always in my budget, or (3) cook for myeelf. Luckily I love cooking and i have learned to cook quite well over the years. As a matter of fact, I cook better than my sisters. There is nothing wrong with a man cooking i believe. Besides, if no one cooks for you, what choices do you have?

When husband and my daughter went to the province for a week's vacation, I was left with my infant.I get the chance to enjoy her more so instead of cooking for myself, I sometimes, did not.I don't eat a lot so it is kind of waste to cook considering the effort and gas just to have a meal . What I did was I bought canned goods and precooked food in the canteen.
Sometimes, I just cook rice and then the rest would be pre cooked n some canteen or resto.

I have been at home alone several time. I tried cooking something myself, and I wasn't able to eat, not even the cats. So I decided not to do that again. When I am alone at home, and there is no one to cook, so I simply go the nearer market, and buy some fried chicken, or fish, or order pizza, or something else.

Good day to you Monkeylong,
With reference to your question, I really love to cook however, if I am just alone at home, I rather not to cook that much. I will just cook ones that will last for the week. I very seldom do the cooking if I am alone.

Depends on when the person/people who are out are coming back. If it's for more than 3 hours, I'll just cook my own food. It's usually something simple like pasta, or a sandwich.
